My name is Brian Shepherd I started my first service business when I was 18 years old. I loved it, but I found myself in the weeds, without the ability to get leads, getting burned by agency after agency, getting stressed out during the slow times, and being the guy who had to put out every fire... until I met a $50 Million dollar CEO that changed my life with one statement: "You're running a flat company". I then had to learn how to create a structured hierarchy and leverage others strengths. This lesson changed everything for me. This is when I made 3 very simple and very specific shifts that allowed me to easily automate leads, capture revenue all year long without feeling stressed , and get out of the weeds and into a leadership position. And once I did my business went form a few trucks and a seasonal business to scaling multiple locations and I have since started multiple other businesses. And I want to share with you everything I have learned  because that is my true passion.
